Mr. Esquire.

We made a quick trip to San Diego to help my brother Brad celebrate graduating from law school. We're so proud of his hardwork, and Kara's awesome support. Way to go you two!! He'll spend the next two months in hibernation until the bar exam and then I'm sure exciting things are in store for them.

We got to spend some time with my sister Bekah, who flew in from Boston. We took her out to dinner, and me being the space cadet that I am suggested Outback, forgetting she's a vegetarian. Good thing they had fish. She spilled her beans about her exciting east coast life, work and new (boy) friend. She's doing well and happy, and that's all that matters :)

While waiting for Outback, they had this oversized chess board and pieces outside. Carson was all over that... the chess pieces were as big as he was and he enjoyed picking them up and launching them at other kids that tried to envade his personal playground. He's tall and a little bigger for his age... many bystanders couldn't believe he could actually pick them up, let alone throw them three feet.

Thanks for coming down to help congratulate Brad (and thanks to Jordan for helping us move). Sorry we couldn't spend any more time together. Hopefully we can soon!
