Grandma Marx's Birthday and Cousin Besties

My Grandma Marx turned 80 last week. It's pretty neat (and maybe a little rare) to celebrate both my grandparents turning 80. My grandpa looked great, and my grandma, well she's going to out-live us all. I swear with each year she gets younger and younger. We all partied at Lone Mountain Park to celebrate!

My absolute favorite is getting together with Lit and Ash. They are my cousin besties. There's 17 months between the three of us. We are so different in many ways, but still so much alike! Through our teen years, we were inseparable and I love that even though we've gotten busy with our own little families we can still get together and pick up exactly where we've left off. And there is nothing like talking and getting advice from these girls! I hope Brynlee, Dakota and Lydia become cousin besties, just like we did. Everyone needs a Litany and Ashley in there life!

And what's a blog without a little throwback to the carefree days when Litany drove us to seminary during the freezing cold mornings, summers on Lake Powell, leaving our mark on BHS, running wild on the church history tour, and 3 closets of clothes, shoes and accessories to choose from.
