this weekend's "vision"

My dad is "super dad". From the time we were little that’s what we called him. But I know what you’re thinking, everyone calls there dad that. No, I firmly believe that my dad really is. He can do anything, you name it, from something as little as taking links out of a watch so it will fit on Christmas morning to digging a big pond in our front yard because my mom just had to have goldfish for the neighbor kids to feed, or more recently welding the nicest tower for our boat so we could have more fun at the lake! I have always loved how my mom is so creative, but I'm amazed even more how my dad can make things out of nothing for cheap! So back to my mom and her visions. She thinks of these sometimes off the wall ideas and he’s always there to make it happen. Since we've been into our current house, it's been nothing but visions. Over the weekend, my mom insisted that her kitchen be finished. Painting was the easy part and she always jumps in to get that done but then came the rock wall. She had this idea when we moved into that house that she wanted to put rock on the wall. Yes, rock. So, they got some rock and sure enough, around the pantry, under the island, above the tv, and all the way around the room pop out, my dad has somehow configured a way to glue rock to the wall. And yes ladies and gentlemen it actually sticks. I’m always amazed with every project he does because it always comes out so nice!
